If you are enrolled in a Medicare Part D drug plan, and meet the program requirements, then you are eligible to receive this expanded prescription coverage.

EPIC provides:

• Secondary coverage for Medicare Part D and EPIC covered drugs after the Part D deductible, if any, is met
• Coverage of many Part D excluded drugs
• Co-payments of only $3 - $20, based on the cost of the drug
• Medicare Part D drug plan premium assistance for many members
